By gamifying compliance through awards, we turned the burden of brand standards into a status-driven incentive.

Niki’s brand and strategy consulting work for Bentley included writing the first global brand standard for their digital presence, defining the technical and aesthetic blueprint for 100 retailers. To ensure adoption, the marketing strategy and development plan included digital marketing workshops in Europe and digital playbooks for the US and Asia.
These were supported by an annual accreditation process. High-performing retailers were recognised at the annual Global Retailer Conference with prestigious awards.
